Current website scope

This version of the Shada Vaat website does not include user accounts, online checkout, order storage or a customer database. Orders are handled through phone, WhatsApp or email.

Information you choose to provide

When you contact us directly, your phone number, WhatsApp profile information, email address, order details and delivery information may be processed through the communication service you choose. We use it to respond, prepare your order and provide service.

Technical information

The hosting provider may process standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps for security and reliability. Analytics or advertising tools should not be added without updating this policy and implementing appropriate consent controls.

Third-party services

Phone, WhatsApp, email, maps and hosting services operate under their own privacy policies. Following an external link transfers you to that provider.

Retention and requests

Operational communication may be retained where reasonably necessary for customer service, accounting, dispute handling or legal compliance. To ask about your information, email [email protected].

Future platform features

When online ordering, accounts, payments, blog management or other backend features are introduced, this policy must be replaced with a more complete version covering those systems.
